We have been instructed to value a mid sized construction company. Our engagement’s context is that of an inheritance. The main difficult in this case was the lack of convincing figures concerning the value of property owned by the company. Such property has been valued “internally” by the company’s management in lieu of an external real estate specialist. We therefore released our opinion subordinating its conclusion to a validation of real estate valuation figures.
